Stage 1

Get a property valuation 

Find out what you could receive as rent with a free property valuation. Choose from a quick, online instant valuation or arrange for a member of the team to visit your property.

Stage 2

Choose your letting service

Choose a letting service that is right for you, pick between Enhanced Management, Classic Management or Let Assist.

Stage 3

Compliance check

Prepare your property to rent. We’ll also help make sure your property is compliant and complies with letting regulations.

Stage 4

Marketing your property

Our professional marketing service ensures you attract the best tenants and command the best rent. Your property will feature on the major property portals, our website as well as Facebook and Instagram. 

Stage 5

Applications and references

After receiving applications from tenants we will use our thorough, high quality referencing tool to narrow down the right tenant.

Stage 6

Tenancy agreement

Once accepting a let, sign the tenancy agreement along with your tenant, then the deposit will be collected and keys handed over. That’s it – you’ve let your property! If you choose our Enhanced or Classic service, we’ll look after it from here.

I want to say thank you particularly to Paula and Leigh at Perry Bishop for all their help during our search for a home this year. We had some really crappy experiences with other agents in the area when it came to communication or general helpfulness with our search. We we’re on a timescale to find something as we were ion the process of relocating and selling our home. It was looking a little hopeless but Leigh and Paula really seemed to take the challenge on and were forthcoming in options for us. We were based 3 hours away and lots of agents wouldn’t even entertain the idea of a virtual viewing which wasn’t helpful for us given the distance we needed to travel to view potential properties but Leigh at Perry Bishop has no issue doing this for us which was a welcome change and as a result we ended up renting a property she had shown us. We found the perfect rental so we could make our move in the timescale we wanted and we’re very happy with the whole process.
