TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING At a recent committee meeting of The Vale of White Horse District Council's Planning Committee, a resolution to grant planning consent was passed; subject to the terms for a Section 106 Agreement relating primarily to an off-site payment in lieu of affordable housing was passed. The development will consist of 18 open market houses, as well as 2 detached houses replacing the existing Chowle Farm House, making a total of 20 new build open market homes. There will be no on site affordable housing.

We can inform you that the vendors are undertaking detailed negotiations with the planning authority relating to the Section 106 Agreement and these will be finalised prior to completion of a sale and any financial contribution required will be the responsibility of the vendor.
