What do you love about the area ? I really love the community in Faringdon – we moved here 22 years ago and in spite of living abroad for 6 years in the middle of that time, we had no hesitation in returning here when my husband retired in 2012 (extra bonus: that’s when I started working at Perry Bishop!)

It’s important to us that we give back. Every year each of our branches chooses a local charity as their Charity of the Year. They make a donation for every property sold and also get involved with fundraising and local events throughout the year.
Along with championing one specific local cause, Perry Bishop as a company sponsors various other local events, school fairs and sports clubs across the region.
We really value our people. We provide competitive salaries as well as regular training to keep our teams motivated and committed to delivering the best customer experience.
Working for Perry Bishop is hard work, but rewarding. Our high retention rates are a testament to the great culture – the one team philosophy – which runs throughout our business.
