We have the ability to put people together.  The process is simple with two parties exchanging homes with the balance paid if there is a difference in value.  This can prevent the delay and complication of a chain allowing the move to proceed straight away. 

We are currently holding informationon hundreds of potential exchanges.  For instance, we have a family that are selling a 3 bedroom house in a market town.  With a growing family, they want to move to a 4 or 5 bedroom house.  It is not unthinkable that an owner of a 4 or 5 bedroom house would want a smaller more mangeable home at a lower price!

We are selling numerous properties where clients want to buy locally.  In addition, we have hundreds of potential buyers and sellers registered on our database looking to move.

At this stage you will not require a Home Information Pack to register your house for this service.  This will only be required once a house exchange is agreed.  It should be noted that should an exchange be agreed, a fee will be charged to both parties upon completion of the transaction.
