Cotswold District Council have granted detailed planning consent for the erection of 1 no. dwelling together with associated ancillary development under consent notice 20/02101/FUL dated 21 October 2020
The plot is to be screened off whilst the building is in progress.
Working hours to be Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm by negotiation with the vendors.
The build period is to be limited to 12 months from commencement of groundworks.
The property is to be built under planning consent 20/02101/FUL with no alterations to the placing of the dwelling or other matters effecting the current planning consent without the express agreement of the vendors.
PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS
