 New Homes Negotiator / New Homes Business Development Manager Designate - full-time

Office base: Cirencester 

We  are looking for someone with estate agency experience with some knowledge of New Homes but not essential.  They will need passion, energy, determination, drive  plus be personable, articulate, presentable and hard-working.  The role of the New Homes Negiator will be:

  • To primarily to learn the business throughout the whole process from conception to delivery
  • To gain extensive knowledge of our developer clients and the sites we are currently marketing and selling
  • In cases where the branches are under pressure to work out of a nominated branch to assist with the sales and marketing including undertaking viewings, feedback and selling off plan on some instructions.  Undertaking the choices, reservations and working with the sales progression team.  We have branches in Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.
  • Attending Open events sometimes over a weekend (lieu time awarded) 
  • Ultimately there is a succession plan required for the appointed individual to train alongside the New Homes Business Development Manager 

Hours or work: Mon to Fri plus 1 in 3 Sats (lieu day for working a Saturday)

Sales Progressor – Full-time – Faringdon, Oxfordshire (if office based)

We are looking to recruit a full-time sales progressor for our dedicated sales progression department based in Faringdon.

The successful candidate will need to have an estate agency background and/or a legal/conveyancing background.

 Home working, office working or a combination of both will be considered.

 Hours – Mondays to Fridays 8.45am – 5.30pm.

Lettings Manager - Full-time
Faringdon and West Oxfordshire

We are recruiting for an experienced Lettings Manager to expand our lettings business in this region.

Do you have experience of managing a residential lettings department?

Do you have the ability to win business whilst simultaneously servicing existing/current clients?

Do you have proven business development experience and an in-depth understanding of lettings & management legislation and processes?

If so, this might be the perfect position for you…

We are a successful independent residential estate agent with 5 offices across 3 counties. We are recruiting for a Lettings Manager to be responsible for establishing and building a new and exciting lettings business.

We need someone who is proactive, ambitious and personable and is able take full responsibility for driving the business forward.

You will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for fee earning whilst expanding the Faringdon department in order to become one of the most successful lettings business across Oxfordshire in what is an extremely competitive market.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who must have proven experience and a natural ability to communicate with a diverse range of landlords (private and corporate), tenants and colleagues.

A track record of managing and expanding a residential lettings business is essential for this role.

Strong decision-making, business development and business winning skills are vital in making a success of this role.

Hours of work: 8.45am-5.30pm Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am-4.00pm (with a day off in lieu of working a Saturday)
