Lettings Manager - full-time

We are recruiting for an experienced Lettings Manager to build a new business.

Do you have experience of managing a residential lettings department?

We are a successful independent residential estate agent with 5 offices across 3 counties. We are recruiting for a Lettings Manager to be responsible for establishing and building a new and exciting lettings business.

We need someone who is proactive, ambitious and personable and is able take full responsibility for driving the business forward.

You will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for fee earning whilst expanding the Faringdon department in order to become one of the most successful lettings business across Oxfordshire in what is an extremely competitive market.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who must have proven experience and a natural ability to communicate with a diverse range of landlords (private and corporate), tenants and colleagues.

A track record of managing and expanding a residential lettings business is essential for this role.

Strong decision-making, business development and business winning skills are vital in making a success of this role.

Hours of work: 8.45am-5.30pm Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am-4.00pm (with a day off in lieu of working a Saturday)

Salary £25,000-£30,000 pa

Property Manager – Lettings – Full-time
Stroud office

We are looking for a Property Manager experienced within Property Management. Hardworking and reliable, you must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative. Ideally ARLA qualified or have a good understanding of lettings legislation with the willingness to study for this qualification, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations.

The Property Manager will have previous experience ideally within a similar property related role.

This role will include all aspects of Property Management including:

building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management and dealing with general lettings administration.

  • Previous Property Management experience is essential
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
  • Ideally ARLA qualified
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Full & clean UK driving licence
  • Well presented, attention to detail

Hours: 8.45am-5.30pm Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am-4.00pm (with a day off in lieu for working a Saturday)

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum

Graduate Photographer/Filmmaker – full-time (home based)

 We are looking to recruit a photography/filmmaker graduate to be responsible for taking and editing property videos for all 6 office locations within Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. 

 The successful candidate will produce and edit high quality videos for our clients’ properties and region.  They need to be presentable with a good manner and be able to communicate with both clients and our teams.

 The successful candidate must be good both in front and behind the camera with high standards of photography and film making.

 Hours 8.45am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
