EXPERIENCED ESTATE AGENT (Associate Director-Manager)

Full Time

Stroud, Gloucestershire

We are looking to find an experienced hard-working, positive, and energetic estate agent to join, lead and grow our already successful Stroud Valleys business.

Based in our Stroud office on the London Road you will be an excellent and proven lister who has the necessary skills to provide a personal, proactive, and ultimately successful service for our clients.

You will need to align to our values of being Knowledgeable, Passionate, Professional, Caring, Creative and Fun.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, team player, self-motivated and also possess good IT skills.

We run a family style company where everyone is empowered and supported – the role is best suited to someone that has agency experience and is a competent and confident valuer and lister and who can also manage their sales through to completion to a high standard enhancing our strong reputation.

An attractive package includes 24 days holiday, pension contribution, additional holiday for long service, an employee assistance programme, and a partnership style company profit share scheme.

Hours of work: 8.45am-5.30pm Mon-Fri – Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am–4.00pm with a lieu day

VACANCY

SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Full-time

Tetbury, Cirencester or Faringdon office base

We are looking for a hard-working, positive and enthusiastic locally based candidate to head up our sales admin team and support our busy estate agency sales teams across the region.  There are 2 part-time administrators who would report to you.  The job can be based at either our Tetbury, or Cirencester Gloucestershire office or our Faringdon, Oxfordshire office, but is a central role carrying out the sales admin for several of our residential sales branches.

The job will also require you to assist the Marketing Manager with marketing campaigns and tasks.
