Karen Watson
As Client Manager I ensure that our vendors are kept fully updated on everything to do with the marketing of their property. I also negotiate with prospective buyers to ensure that the best sale price is achieved and manage the whole sale process to ensure that sales complete in a timely fashion. I enjoy helping people move home as smoothly as possible, with minimum stress. I am a mum of two and when I'm not at work I enjoy cycling, long walks with the dog, weekends away and playing badminton to keep fit.

Tammy Powell
Tammy brings with her a wealth of estate agency experience, working in both sales and lettings alike. Over the last 18 years she has worked for both well-known corporate brands and local independent agencies. She is also a qualified member of the Association of Residential Lettings. She was born and grew up in Gloucestershire and lives locally with her husband and two children. Outside of work, when not watching her husband and son play rugby for their local club Minchinhampton, she’s enjoying the game at Kingsholm supporting Gloucester RFC or playing the game herself for Dursley Ladies!

Mandy Vernon Smith
Mandy has worked for Perry Bishop and Chambers since 2007. As Customer Manager, Mandy loves meeting people and getting to know them and their requirements- suggesting houses for them to view that they haven’t selected and then seeing them go for that house is a very rewarding and satisfying part of the job. Mandy trained and worked as an actress from the age of 18 until she had her daughter in 2005. She still occasionally gets acting roles – including a recent appearance in This Country - and juggles this with teaching Drama. She lives in Selsley near Stroud with her two children Kitty and Stanley.

Our Charity Partner of the Year

We are very pleased to support this fantastic local charity with a donation from every property we sell. Allsorts is a friendly and welcoming charity that supports children in our community with additional needs and their families.
Intro to Berkeley

Berkeley Vale is a beautiful area of Gloucestershire that lies between the River Severn and the Cotswold Edge, north of Bristol and south of Gloucester. It comprises the towns of Berkeley, Thornbury, Cam, Dursley and Wotton-under-Edge and surrounding villages.
This region boasts plenty of historical and geographical interest and is a popular choice for those looking for more rural surroundings but that also offers an easy commute to the cities of Bristol and Gloucester. Highlights include; Tyndale’s Monument in North Nibley, built to honour the first person to translate the bible into English, the Tortworth Sweet Chesnut, supposedly one of the oldest living trees in the country, the remarkable Berkeley Castle, seat of the Berkeley family since the 11th century and the famous Severn Bore - one of Britain's few truly spectacular natural phenomena.
Whether you are looking to live a bustling market town, in a village with far-reaching views or on the banks of the River Severn, Berkeley Vale offers a wealth of choice.

What People Are Saying About Us
We were potential buyers of a property listed by Perry Bishop, which unfortunately fell through due to unavoidable circumstances. Elaine from the Progression Team was particularly helpful during the attempted purchase process, and she went above and beyond to keep us updated as events developed.
