Phillip boasts just under 30 years in the industry. He is passionate about doing estate agency with integrity and first developed a taste for the business at the tender age of 15, when he did a week's work experience for Hobbs & Chambers in Faringdon. Over the last 18 years she has worked for both well-known corporate brands and local independent agencies. She is also a qualified member of the Association of Residential Lettings. She was born and grew up in Gloucestershire and lives locally with her husband and two children. Outside of work, when not watching her husband and son play rugby for their local club Minchinhampton, she’s enjoying the game at Kingsholm supporting Gloucester RFC or playing the game herself for Dursley Ladies!

Our Charity Partner of the Year

We are delighted to support Wiltshire Air Ambulance with a donation from every house sold. Wiltshire Air Ambulance is a lifesaving charity providing an emergency service to the people of Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
Intro to Chippenham and Villages

An extremely convenient and sought after location, with practical market towns such as Chippenham, Malmesbury and Corsham, offering a great selection of shopping facilities and eateries as well as the Georgian city of Bath with its many cultural, leisure and shopping attractions.
The region is lucky enough to have senior schools in the market towns, all with excellent reputations as well as the local primary schools. The mainline to London Paddington runs through the region as does the M4, meaning that transport links are plentiful, wherever your destination is.
Leisure pursuits within the surrounding areas are varied and well catered for, with a trackside view of the race circuit at Castle Combe, horse racing at Bath and the deluxe Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Club. For those who have the taste for Michelin starred restaurants, Lucknam Park offers the luxurious restaurant and brasserie.
The surrounding villages are very popular, many having retained local shops, pubs and schools, and some even hosting film crews for films such as Harry Potter, Poldark and War Horse.
With a selection of properties to suit everyone ranging from both modern and period properties in rural and town locations North Wilshire continues to be a popular location for house buyers
