Sue Crook
As one of Perry Bishop’s administrators, I am often described as the cog in the middle of the wheel! I enjoy my varied role dealing with all aspects of the business from creating property particulars, liaising with clients and finalising all the paperwork when a client has found their dream home. Outside of work I am busy with her my two grandchildren and I love dancing, walking and travelling. My favourite hobby is trying different Gins and I often make my own flavoured varieties, including raspberry and rhubarb.

Biography

Gerry Millington
After many years in sales and marketing positions in the medical industry, I made the leap into estate agency in October 2017 and haven’t looked back once! My role here at Perry Bishop is mainly focused on understanding the needs of applicants looking to buy a property and matching their needs with houses within our portfolio. Living locally in Faringdon with my husband and step-daughter, life at home is dominated by two boisterous Labradors, Beetle and Solomon. I am is also a trustee of a local Faringdon based charity.

Our Charity Partner of the Year

We are very proud to be the headline sponsor of the main event in Faringdon’s cultural calendar – FollyFest. We are delighted to support this brilliant community extravaganza which takes over the streets of Faringdon for a whole weekend in July, bringing together local musicians, performance artists, crafts and culinary delights.
Intro to Faringdon

An attractive market town on the edge of the Thames Valley
With easy access to both Oxford and Swindon, Faringdon and the surrounding villages are the perfect choice for anyone working in either location. Boasting a good selection of primary and secondary schools, including Faringdon Infants & Junior School, St Hugh's, Pinewood School in nearby Shrivenham and Faringdon Community College, this thriving market town is a popular choice for people with young families.
The town also boasts a good range of shops, restaurants, hotels and sport facilities. Faringdon’s iconic building is the unique and unusual Folly, the last major folly to be built in England. Standing 100 feet tall, it’s open to the public twice a month between Easter and October and on a clear day views over five counties can be seen from the top.
