The referencing team are the best in the industry, their wealth of experience in the referencing and lettings industry means that they are able to turn around references quickly, without cutting corners.
Our landlords benefit from regular notifications through each step of the referencing and tenancy creation stages. When the contract is ready, they can sign wherever they are.
Prospective tenants benefit by completing the referencing and tenancy documentation at times to suit them. With no paper forms to complete, it makes moving easy and straightforward.
We assess all tenants and guarantors across four areas, to provide you with the best picture of your prospective tenants, so you can make an informed decision based on our recommendations.
- Credit history - making sure prospective tenants have no CCJs or every been made bankrupt, we also check their address history.
- Financial Referencing - checking to ensure all tenants would be in a suitable position to afford the rent & necessary outgoings.
- Current landlord Reference – we obtain references on all tenants living in rented accommodation whether through an agent or a private landlord.
- Right to Rent – We ensure that all tenants have the right to rent a property in the UK, to ensure you are fully compliant with the necessary legislation.
